Shipping, Exchange and Returns

Shipping Policy

Currently, our products are shipped from our studio in China, but we are in the process of setting up a warehouse in the U.S. Please bear with us during this transition. Due to the nature of incense, it cannot be air-shipped, so we are using the fastest international shipping method available. While it may take slightly longer than standard deliveries, we are working hard to optimize our process and reduce delivery times as much as possible. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to get this healing gift to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us anytime. We are always happy to assist and will keep you updated on your order.

For orders shipped within the U.S., we’re happy to offer free shipping on any purchase! For orders outside the U.S., we apologize for the higher shipping costs. A $15 shipping fee will apply. However, for orders over $100, we are pleased to offer free shipping as a thank you for your support. We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing the best possible service.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days of being placed. After you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and on its way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that shipping charges do not include international customs, duties, tariffs, or broker taxes. Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend contacting the customs office in your destination country for information about any potential duties or taxes.

Packages may be held at the local sorting facility until customs fees are settled. Customs fees could be applied after the package is received.

Important: We will not provide full refunds or re-ship the order if the package is refused due to taxes or duties.

If an item is refused for these reasons and returned to us, once received and inspected, the original shipping cost, along with a $10 processing fee, will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Failed Delivery Attempts

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the shipping company notifies us, we will make every effort to contact the purchaser via email. If the purchaser does not respond to either us or the shipping company within the time frame specified by the carrier, the item will be returned.

Given that we will have made all possible efforts to ensure delivery, we are unable to offer a full refund or free re-shipping for the purchase under these circumstances. Should the purchaser request re-shipping, the shipping cost will be quoted and must be paid before the item is resent. If the purchaser prefers a refund, once the item is received and inspected, the original shipping cost and a $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

If an item has been shipped but has not been received, the purchaser must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to notify us. We will do our best to resolve the issue and work in good faith to find a solution. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement unless you can provide proof from the shipping company that the item was not delivered. Any refund or store credit will be considered at our discretion in other cases.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging with all parts intact. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for return. Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of confirming the return.

To request an exchange or refund, please email us at orientmistcare@outlook, and we will provide you with return instructions. If the return request is due to a defective or damaged product, please include a description and photographs of the issue. Please note that if the return or exchange is due to a change of mind, or if the issue is clearly described in the product listing, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The actual time it takes for you to receive the refunded amount depends on the processing time of your bank or financial institution.

Only full-priced items can be exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

We are not responsible for refunds in the following situations:

  • Packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes.
  • Packages that cannot clear customs due to restrictions.
  • Items that are confiscated by customs.
